REC Part­ners is increas­ingly focus­ing on plan­ning

REC Partners GmbH strengthens its planning department. A total of ten architects, some from well-known architectural firms, have been able to be engaged in recent months. The company's goal is to bring together architectural design services with proven technical expertise in the spirit of its Building Excellence approach. REC Partners positions itself as the point of contact for the ideal combination of architecture and technology, planning and evaluation.
Thus, the know-how of the fire protection specialist planners, structural engineers, environmental engineers and many other technical experts of the REC is included in the TGA planning from the beginning of a project. Only on the basis of this 360-degree overview, measures and prices can be planned realistically. This will enable customers to benefit in the long term from a total package with more reliable action and cost planning from a single source, geared to the real needs of the property and the strategy of the owners.

Planning and evaluation from a single source

"As specialists in technical due diligence, we are already well-known on the market, "explains Holger Wille, responsible for planning in the management of REC. "We are expanding our planning department to put asset management on a broader basis for the benefit of our clients. This does not put us in competition with the classic architecture firms. However, due to the close integration of planning services and technical know-how, we are now able to offer real estate owners a completely comprehensible and realistically calculated planning and implementation from a single source. "

One of the reasons why the company was able to recruit professional architectural staff so quickly is the unique understanding of the employer.
