Redevelopment, partial deconstruction and new construction of Glückaufschule in Gelsenkirchen

The Glückaufschule in Gelsenkirchen is to be expanded into a four-stream primary school. The old building from 1910 will be renovated and supplemented with a new 3-storey building on the schoolyard side. As part of the design planning, a pedagogical concept with class clusters was developed together with the school, which must be taken into account in the planning.

REC implemented the project based on an existing approval plan and provided the services for the implementation planning, accompanied the tendering and awarding as well as the site supervision.
